Lake Country Clean Waters Hosts 5th Annual Healthy Lakes Conference
The Online Event is Friday, June 5, 2020, 9:00am-3:30pm
The 5th Annual Lake Country Clean Waters’ Healthy Lakes Conference, “Seeing 20/20: A Clear Vision for Clean Water” will be held online this year while continuing to feature a wealth of information about the lakes and waters of SE Wisconsin’s lake-rich area.
Sessions topics include invasive species (including current efforts to control starry stonewort in the region), wake boat impacts to area lakes, regional protection and restoration efforts, and an afternoon keynote from Ted Rulseh, journalist and author of the popular “A Lakeside Companion.”
The event is $15 and requires advanced registration by 8:30 am on Friday. All sessions will be presented using the Zoom platform.
