The Wisconsin Wetlands Association is gathering again in 2023 at the Stevens Point Holiday Inn and Convention Center for its Wetland Science Conference.
According to WWA, in addition to three full days of conference programming, the event also offers opportunities for public engagement:
- WWA Annual Membership Meeting and Social – Tuesday, Feb 21, 6:00 pm. Free and open to the public
- Annual wetland banquet featuring a presentation by Janice Rice, research librarian emerita and member, Ho-Chunk Nation – Wednesday, February 22, 6:30 pm. Ticket: $60.

WWA will also be offering a new registration option for non-student attendees for whom the conference registration fees pose a barrier to attending, as well as continuing their student scholarship program to support student attendance at the conference).
