While registration for the in person Wisconsin Lakes & Rivers Convention, April 10-12, 2024 is now closed (we look forward to seeing all of you who registered!) you can still get in on the fun from the comfort of your own home via our Virtual Streams!

This year we are featuring two steams of content on Thursday, April 11 from 8:00 am – 3:15 pm (including the Plenary Panel looking back on 50 years of lake districts in Wisconsin) and Friday, April 12 from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm (including our luncheon wrap up “Confluence”).

Registration, which includes both days, is $100. Please register by April 10 to ensure your slot.

  • Managing Recreational Impacts
  • Plenary Panel Celebrating the History of Wisconsin Lake Districts with Atty William O’Connor, former DNR Deputy Secretary Mel Volbrecht, and Extension Lakes Program Director Eric Olson

Friday:

  • Lake/River Flora & Fauna
  • Capacity Building Strategies for Lake & Stream Organizations
  • Friday Confluence: Critical and Creative Thinking About our Waters, with storytellers/authors, Jerry Apps and Natasha Kassulke, who will share ideas on critical and creative thinking related to the environmental challenges that we face.
